To honor our time and your commitment to yourself, we do not offer refunds for any of our sessions or trainings but will be happy to reschedule a session with 48 hours notice or a training with 2 weeks notice. If there is an urgent need to reschedule outside of this window please email info@dariatavoularis.com.

Please email info@dariatavoularis.com within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to honor your request but we do not offer refunds on shipping or used items.

With the exception of pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we aim to ship within 5 business days of receiving your order. Prints are often shipped separately so you may receive your items at different times with more than one tracking number. We offer USPS First Class or USPS First Class International and USPS Priority and USPS Priority International. The shipping costs and estimated times are available at checkout.
